Q: Do you need my actual jewelry items? And what do I need to provide you in order to create my jewelry?
A: No, we don't need your actual jewelry.
We have two ways of creating the files.
One option is using your CAD models if you use them for manufacturing and can supply them to us.
Another option is to send us 4 digital pictures (that you can take with a regular digital camera by yourself – no need for expensive studio photographer).
We use these images as technical drawings and build a 3d CAD model which we than use that to generate our perfect animations and HD images
Q: Could you make different types of material even if I don't have it in my inventory?
A: Yes, once we create your virtual model, we can add any material to it.
For example, once we create the 3d model, we can than add any type of metal or material to it such as white gold, yellow gold, rose gold, platinum, etc.
All of this using just the 4 pictures or the CAD file, no matter what material it was shot in.
Q: Do I have to make changes to my existing website?
A: No, we created our products so that you wouldn't have to change anything in your existing website.
We are able to either create the flash files in the exact resolution of your product image on the product page, or have it open up on top of the site in the HD format.

Q: How long is the turnaround time?
A: The project consists of a setup stage which takes 1-3 weeks.
After the setup is confirmed by you, we can create anywhere from a 100-200 rings per month.
Q: How big are the flash files?
A: Our Active files are 400-600 KB, and the RealHD files are 3-5 MB.
Q: Is there a minimum number of rings I have to create to get started?
A: We recommend starting with our basic package of 20 rings.
This will let you test your customer’s reactions, and see how you improve your sales.
You can add more items to the order at any stage thereafter. We add additional discounts for larger orders.
We have developed our system to let our customers display their entire collections online and not just one or two rings, since this is what will help increase your sales.
By developing our mass production systems we were able to bring the cost down dramatically and for the first time ever making it affordable to get high quality 3d for numerous jewelry items.
Q: How long will it take my customer to view the files on my site?
A: The files and streaming is designed to upload instantaneously, but may take up to a few seconds for the rings to start spinning, depending on your server locations, your communications speed and provider quality of service, etc.
The RealHD technology has streaming capabilities, which reduces any potential delay times.
Q: Can I have a different animation or no animation on the files?
A: Yes, we can design the animation to fit your preferences – for example, have the rings spin once, twice or more, or even continuously until the user moves it with the mouse.
The RealHD product includes a play/pause button in addition to the interactive spin.
Q: Will the customers that come to my site have to download any plug ins in order to view the 3D files?
A: No, we create our files in Adobe Flash, which is a standard in almost any computer and would stream immediately.
We did this because we know that customers that have to download any software or plugins leave the page and are intimidated by it.
Q: Will the 3D files also work on a web Site which operates with Magento System?
A: Yes, our 3d files and technology is compatible to all CMS systems like magento and others.
Q: Are the 3D files going to be compatible for use on the iPhone, iPad and Android as well?
A: Yes, we are currently developing this functionality as apps for all of these handsets.
From numerous surveys conducted we know that in the next few years much of the online shopping and e-commerce will be done on mobile devices, and we want to let our customers have the ability to use this to their benefit.
Therefore, all of customers will have the ability to add the app to their site, and have their 3d items displayed realistically and interactively.
